When we mark a citation as verified it is because we have the official text in front of us. If it turns out not to exist, or not to say what we said, we refund that month. The verification seal is public, so there is nothing to argue about. Full refund policy.
The Personal plan includes VAT; professional plans are shown excluding VAT. No minimum term: cancel anytime and take your data with you. Annual is ten months: the other two are free for paying up front. Citation checking is free and unlimited, forever; you pay for research and volume.
