AIM LEX checks every legal citation against its official source — the Spanish Official Gazette (BOE), EUR-Lex and administrative doctrine — before you ever see it. If a statute or a judgment does not exist, it does not reach you.

What it does

  • Citation verification. Paste any brief and we tell you which statutes and judgments do not exist, or do not say what the text claims.
  • Procedural deadlines. Working days and regional public holidays, so you never miss by one day.
  • Case files and clients. Deadlines tied to their court and case number; each client with their own tax compliance calendar.
  • A verifiable seal. A QR on your document opens a public page proving what was checked and when — without showing your text.

Why it is different

If a citation marked green turns out to be false, we refund the month

When we mark a citation as verified it is because we have the official text in front of us. If a citation marked green turns out not to exist, not to be in force, or if the legal figure we give on the strength of it —a deadline, an amount, a percentage— is not the one its official source states, we refund that month's subscription. Nothing to argue about: the verification seal is public and anyone can check what we claimed and when. See our refund policy.
