Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you contract as a consumer —a natural person acting outside a professional activity— you have fourteen calendar days from the contract to withdraw without giving any reason and without penalty, under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Do it at Withdraw from the contract: two steps, you receive an acknowledgement with the date and time, and we refund everything you paid, even if you have already started using the service.

2. Verification guarantee

If a citation marked green turns out not to exist, not to be in force, or if the legal data we give based on it —a deadline, an amount, a percentage— is not what its official source says, we refund that month's fee.

How it is proven: every check generates a public seal with the fingerprint of the text, the date and the verdict for each citation. Just send us the link to the seal. There is nothing to argue about: the seal says what we stated and when.

What it does not cover: legal judgment. If the law is the right one and the data is its own, whether or not it applies to your specific case is a matter of judgment — and the judgment is yours. Nor does it cover what you decide to do with the answer.

3. Service interruptions

If the service stops working for a prolonged period for reasons attributable to us, we refund the proportional part without you having to ask.

4. Cancellation

No minimum term. You can cancel whenever you want from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; until then you keep access, and you can export all your data before you leave.

5. How to request a refund

Write to us through the contact form or to legal@biomag.es, stating your account email and the reason. If it is under the verification guarantee, attach the link to the seal. We usually reply the same day and, where applicable, the refund is made through the same payment method.
